Mr. Kornachuk has 15 years experience in semiconductor design and management in start-ups and large public companies. He served as Vice President of Engineering at SiberCore Technologies, where he managed SiberCore’s R&D team through the development of five advanced Internet Protocol (IP) packet forwarding ASICs. Prior to joining SiberCore in 1999, Steve was an SRAM architect and project manager at Artisan Components, developing high-performance embedded memory cores and generators. From 1989 to 1996, he designed high speed CAM and multi-port SRAM for communication processing applications at Nortel Networks. Steve holds 8 patents related to memory and DFT circuits.
Steve graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with Management Option from the University of Ottawa in 1990.
